In what condition does the rented property, flat, or house need to be handed back to the landlord?
You can usually find this in the tenancy agreement you signed at the time. Keep in mind, though, that not everything agreed back then still holds up today. Many contracts contain wording and clauses that could be invalid under current case law. A junk removal service handles clearing, sorting, transport, and proper disposal for one fixed price.
